The following conditions must be followed in filling up the application form and participating in the test:
1. Age limit of the candidate on 01/04/2021 AD.
(A) In case of general candidates, the age is 18 to 30 years on 01/04/2021.
(B) Age limit for sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyrs and physically challenged candidates is 18-32 years. However, in the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyrs, the age limit is up to 30 years.
(C) In case of departmental candidates (employees employed or employed under the same appointment rules), the age limit is relaxed up to 40 years. (Applicable only for terms described in sequence 1-5)
(D) No affidavit shall be admissible in case of proof of age.
(E) Gazetted officers and staffs outside the Bangladesh Secretariat cadre to fill the vacancies in the Computer Personnel Employment Rules 2019, Government Nos. , 2014 (Amended 2020), and “Employee Recruitment Rules, 2017 of the Accounts Fund of the Ministries and Departments to fill the vacancies in Serial No. 05”. Apart from this, all the existing government rules / orders / rules related to recruitment and if any amendment is made in this regard later, it will be followed.
(F) Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Subject to fulfilling all the conditions of the employed candidates, while filling the application form, they have to tick the box of the Departmental Candidate. This condition does not apply to others. However, all employed candidates have to submit the original copy of the no-objection letter issued by the appointing authority during the oral examination. In this case no advance copy will be accepted.
02. The applicant must mention the information of his latest acquired educational qualification.
03. Candidates who have passed the written test for the post mentioned in serial no. 06 will be considered in the oral test. Only the candidates who have passed the written and practical examination for the vacant posts in serial no. 1 to 05 of the described table will be considered eligible to participate in the oral examination.
04. No TA / DA will be provided for participation in written, oral and practical examinations.
05. The employing authority reserves the right to reduce the number of posts mentioned in the notification and to cancel the notification.
07. A resident of one district cannot apply as a resident of another district.

07. (A) (i) Original copy of all relevant educational certificates / certification / no-objection letter should be shown during the oral examination.
(ii) Completed Application Form – A set of attested photocopies along with all the certificates and admission forms submitted in the application.
(iii) Certificate issued by the Union Parishad / Municipality / City Corporation as a permanent resident of the concerned district.
(iv) Attested copy of National Identity Card / Birth Certificate should be submitted.
(v) Certificate of Character issued by a Gazetted Officer of the first class.
Candidates applying for different quotas have to submit certificate / certification / no-objection letter from the appropriate authority.
(vii) Candidates working in departmental and government, semi-government and autonomous organizations should show the original copy of no-objection letter of the concerned authority during the oral examination.
(B) On the basis of the said information, the character proof of the candidate will be executed before the final appointment is given to the candidate.
(C) Verification of the eligibility of the candidate: If any information or documents submitted by the candidate are found to be fake, false or inconsistent / inconsistent with the minimum conditions required in the notification, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled if proved to be false or falsified Action will be taken. If wrong information / fake documents are displayed, the authority reserves the power to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination during or after the examination.
(D) If the applicant is a freedom fighter / son and daughter of a martyred freedom fighter, then the applicant (Gazette of the concerned heroic freedom fighter / Indian List / Red Liberation Message Number / Temporary Certificate Number and Date / Bamus Certificate Number) And mentioning the date) Certificate issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / Mayor of the Municipality has to be submitted.
(E) If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or marries or promises to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or is convicted by a criminal court of moral turpitude, he shall not be considered eligible to apply.
(F) The decision of the appointing authority on matters relating to recruitment shall be final.

The application deadline is as follows:
Candidates who have received User ID within that period will be able to submit the examination fee in sms within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photo (300x width 300 pixels) and signature (300x width 80 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Photo size, maximum 100 KB and signature size must be maximum 60 KB.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online. The candidate will save a printed copy of the application form filled in online as an aid for any need related to the examination and will submit one copy during the oral examination.
Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee:
After filling the application form properly online, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions and submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have completed the application form correctly will get a user ID, photo and an applicant’s copy signed. The applicant’s copy will be downloaded, printed in color and saved. Applicant’s copy will have a User ID number and using the User ID number, the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number in the prescribed manner for the serial no. 100 / – (one hundred) bdt for the examination fee and service charge of Teletalk 12 / – bdt. Money Mate 56- (Sixteen) Money will be deposited within not more than 72 (seventy two) hours. It is worth mentioning here that, “Even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the examination fee is deposited
Online application will not be accepted under any circumstances till it is given. ”
